Safety first!
My high school chemistry teacher used to tell this story about how he rested his bare forearm on a puddle of spilled boric acid for too long and when he got up all the skin ripped off and he just had to walk around with this bare naked raw arm until it grew back. Loved that guy. Also taught a bunch of high schoolers how to caffeine-maxx like a pro.
